Domestic U.S. Shipping

With your purchase of $100 or more, we throw in Free Ground Shipping! Our free ground shipping promotion applies to shipments within the 48 contiguous states in the U.S.  Just shop as normal, select the UPS Ground shipping option and the free shipping promotion is applied during checkout.  Small Concept reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.

Shipping Options:

We offer shipping from our north Atlanta, Georgia location to all 50 states via our domestic shipping partner UPS. We offer 3 shipping options on most items:

  • UPS Ground (see map below)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (delivered by end of 2nd business day)
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver (delivered by end of next business day)

UPS Ground: 

When you chose UPS Ground service, you will receive your package between 2 and 7 business days (UPS doesn't pick up or deliver on weekends). For orders we receive before 3pm ET Mon-Fri, we will ship via UPS the same day. For orders received after 3pm ET Mon-Fri, we will ship via UPS the next business day . See the table below for average delivery times for your domestic location (note specific deliveries could get there faster or slower than average):

UPS Air Service:

Get your cool clothes pronto!  Get your baby gift delivered the next day within the 48 domestic states!  Orders received Monday through Friday by 3pm ET for items flagged “ready to ship” and with a shipping option of Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air will be shipped out same day you order.  Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air orders received after 3pm EST will ship out on the next shipping day. If you would like Saturday delivery, please call us at 800.948.8018 and we'll make that happen for you.

Domestic Shipping Charges:

For UPS Ground shipments within the 48 states, your charge is based on your order total (before promotional discounts or taxes):

  • $6 charge:  order total $0 - $50
  • $8 charge:  order total $50.01 to $99.99
  • Free:  order total $100 or greater

Your shipping charge is shown on the last page of checkout, after you've entered shipping and payment information but before you submit your order.

For UPS ground shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, there is a surcharge in addition to the shipping charge shown in your cart.  Once you place your order, we will contact you with the additional shipping charge for your approval prior to shipping.

Charges for UPS 2nd day and overnight air are calculated based on your order’s weight, size and shipping location. For these shipping options, you will see the charges during the checkout process and will have the option to change methods or preview other shipping options.  Note that most larger items can only ship via ground service.

Furniture and large item deliveries:

Most furniture and other large items ship via a freight carrier and therefore express shipping is not available on these items.  Unless otherwise noted on the item, freight delivery service will include delivery to your 'curbside' and does not include inside delivery or setup.  Because these furniture items are bulky, our cost is much higher that normal shipments and some furniture items are assessed an 'Oversized charge' which will be clearly indicated on the item and included in Shipping & Handling charges during checkout.

On furniture orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is charged at the time of order with the balance due at time of shipment. Due to the custom nature of these orders, any cancellations after your order has been submitted to the manufacturer will result in loss of your deposit.

Sales Tax - Only in GA:

Small Concept charges sales tax at the applicable local rates for order shipped to the state of Georgia.

Tracking your Package:

When we ship your package, you will receive an email with a link you can follow to track the status of your package.

Onve you have received your shipping confrimation email, you can also track your package at www.smallconcept.com.  Just click My Account on the top right-hand corner of the page and login.  If you don't have a login, you can also go to www.ups.com and type in the tracking # you received in your shipping confirmation email to get real-time status.


Damaged Package Delivery:

Report damaged packages to Small Concept within 48 hours by calling 800.948.8018 or emailing us.  Please save the damaged box and take digital photos.  We’ll respond quickly with next steps.

Domestic Shipping Policy - FAQ:

Other important details on Small Concept’s shipping policy include:

  • Your order may be shipped in more than one box or in more than one shipment depending on the options you’ve selected.
  • You will only be charged once your item has shipped except on some drop-ship furniture items that require upfront payments.
  • We will notify you via email if we encounter any delays in getting your order shipped.
  • If your package is delayed due to weather or other circumstances beyond Small Concept's control, we cannot refund shipping charges.
  • We can ship to P.O. box addresses but only through the US Postal Service.

International Shipping

Small Concept ships to over 200 countries worldwide via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority International Service. We ship your order within 48 hours of order receipt but please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery although many locations deliver as quickly as 6-10 days from time of shipment. When your order is shipped, a USPS tracking link will be emailed to you so you can track your package.

For shipments to Canada - select Shipping Method "Canada USPS" - and the shipping charge is based on your order total:

Please note that we are able to ship only clothing and accessories internationally. We cannot ship furniture, strollers, heavy items and drop-ship items internationally. Expedited shipping is not available for International orders.

Your package will be subject to any customs fees, tax and duties charges the destination country imposes. USPS and Small Concept are not responsible for these charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Small Concept cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office. If delivery of a package is refused or returned for delivery failure, Small Concept reserves the right to charge the customer for all subsequent shipping charges incurred.
