Exchanges & Returns at Small Concept

Sometimes the size doesn't fit or you simply change your mind about an item after purchasing it. Small Concept understands and we try to make it easy on you to return items. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any unused, unwashed items - including items on sale -  in their original condition with tags attached (please see below noted exceptions for furniture and strollers).  Please note all returns must have an RMA # issued as described on the bottom of this page.

Can I get a Full Refund?

Yes...for a full refund, Small Concept must receive back the merchandise at our warehouse no later than 14 days from original date of delivery to you. This includes items purchased on sale. Once we receive your return package, we'll process your refund within 5 to 7 days. Note that all sales of "discounted, on-sale merchandise" are considered final after 14 days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is reponsible for all return shipping costs (unless items are defective).

How do I get a Store Credit?

For non-sale purchases, we will issue store credit for any returns received after 14 days and up until 30 days after date of delivery. Note that all sales are considered final after 30 days and that shipping charges are non-refundable. Upon issuance of a store credit, we'll email you the credit details and instructions for use. Your credit will not expire.

Can I exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange items, please indicate the items on your RMA Request form. If available, we'll hold the item(s) for up to a week until we get your return shipment. We usually ship exchanges out within 1 day of us receiving your return package. Applicable shipping charges will apply to exchanges.

If you want to accelerate the exchange process, simply purchase the correct item online and we'll ship it out immediately like a normal order. Then then once your exchange return comes back in, we'll refund that amount to your card.

My order was delivered incorrectly...

If your order was delivered incorrectly, please call or email us immediately notifying us of the error. We'll work to quickly make your delivery whole.

An item I purchased is defective or damaged...

If any item you purchased at Small Concept is defective or becomes defective, please let us know so we can get a replacement or refund out to you. We stand behind the quality of the products we sell. In case of damaged merchandise, Small Concept will pay for additional shipping charges to correct the order.

Can I return an order that I received as a gift?

If you received an item(s) as a gift and would like to return it, notify Small Concept within 30 days of the date of delivery of the gift. We can exchange it for an item of the same value or issue a store credit to your account for future use.

Do you offer price adjustments on prior purchases?

We offer a 7-day price adjustment policy on any item you purchase at Small Concept. If an item has a price reduction within 7 days of the date of your purchase, notify us and we'll credit you the difference between the current price and price that you were charged.

Furniture, Strollers and Custom Orders

Unless there is a defect, we cannot accept returns on purchases of furniture, strollers or any custom order. When purchasing these items, please pay close attention to the detailed product information we’ve provided and refer to the Shipping Page prior to placing your order...and please call us with any questions or for clarifications. If a furniture item arrives damaged or defective, please take pictures of the damage and call 1.800.948.8018 as soon as possible. Your notification to us will initiate us working with the appropriate manufacturer to remedy your situation.

The RMA Process and Shipping Instructions

Click Request a Return and complete the short form – be sure to include your order number and specify the items and the reason for the return.  We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to you via email.  Package the merchandise in the original packaging with tags and adequate packing materials.  Please include a copy of the receipt or RMA form in the package.  For your protection, please ship with a reliable carrier who provides package tracking and adequate insurance.  Small Concept is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.

Once we receive your return package, we’ll immediately process any exchange shipments out to you.  You will receive an email confirmation with tracking info as your exchange ships.  Any refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 days from the date we received the return shipment. We'll email the refund confirmation to you but keep in mind it may take a billing cycle to show up on your credit card statement.
