Returns & Exchanges

The products Small Concept offers have excellence in quality & design and we’ve taken measures to ensure a quality service to you.  Our hope is that you smile ear-to-ear when you use our products! 

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return most unused, unwashed items, non-sale items (exceptions listed below) in their original condition with tags attached.  If Small Concept receives notice of your return within 7 days and your return merchandise within 14 days from the date of original delivery, we will issue a full refund less shipping and gift wrap charges.  For store purchases, refunds are given only within 7 days of date of purchase.  Additionally, we'll process an exchange or issue store credit for up to 30 days from the date of delivery or purchase.  Applicable shipping charges will apply to exchanges. All sales are final 30 days after delivery.

Please follow the instructions below. NOTE: Return packages cannot be accepted without a RMA #.

Exceptions to the general return policy:

  • All purchases of items on-sale are final.
  • We cannot accept returns on purchases of furniture, strollers or any custom order. When purchasing these items, please pay close attention to the detailed product information we’ve provided and call us with any questions.
  • Holiday-specific items (eg. Santa loungewear).

If any item arrives damaged or there has been an error in your order, please call 800.948.8018 or complete the Request a Return form (see instructions below) within 24 hours of delivery.

If you received the item(s) as a gift and would like to return, we’ll can issue a store credit within 30 days of the date of delivery.

The Return Process

Click Request a Return and complete the short form – be sure to include your order number and specify the items and the reason for the return.  We’ll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to you via email.  Package the merchandise in the original packaging with tags and adequate packing materials.  Please include a copy of the order/receipt sent in the original shipment.  Items must be received back with 10 days of receiving your RMA number.  For your protection, please return your merchandise with a reliable carrier who provides package tracking and insurance.  Small Concept is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.

Once we receive your return package , we’ll immediately process any exchange shipments out to you.  You will receive an email confirmation for the exchange shipment out to you.  Any refunds will be processed within 30 days.
